For evening parties, we ask that you reserve all four guestrooms for two or more nights.

The fine print:
Well-mannered children over twelve welcome.
No smoking anywhere inside the guesthouse.

A small damage security deposit is required and will be refunded at check out. You are responsible for general cleanup of party materials after the event.
